We use our own high-pressure water washing system to wash the vehicle, which can generate pressures of up to 3,500 bar. This allows us to remove all layers right down to the very base of the sheet metal.

Vehicles go from the body shop to the prep room where we first detail the surface of the vehicle, achieving a near-ideal surface and leveling the body for painting, allowing us to use almost no filler on the body. A protective coating and detailing will then take place before the actual painting.

We make all of our interiors from fabrics that we have developed and that exactly match the original fabrics and materials. Everything is made by hand, exactly according to historical procedures.

In the assembly workshop we perform the final assembly of the vehicle, where we preserve the historical procedures and methods of installing components into the vehicle. Our goal is to maintain the greatest possible originality.
